Every Saint Habibi piece is made to order. That allows us to reduce waste, stay intentional with production, and maximise what we give back. Because of that model, orders are final sale unless there is a genuine issue with the item you received.
🛡️ Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number along with a clear photo or video showing the issue. If the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
🌿 Made-to-Order & Final Sale
Each Saint Habibi item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. For that reason, all purchases are final sale.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for the following:
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
- Incorrect colour or variant selected at checkout
- Any reason other than a genuine production defect or receiving the wrong item
📦 Returned or Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address and for monitoring the tracking link provided.
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, refused delivery, failed customs collection, or failure to claim the parcel, we are not able to issue an automatic refund.
📏 Sizing
Please choose carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
- Check the size chart on each product page
- Read the fit notes provided for the garment
- If you are unsure before ordering, email us and we will do our best to guide you
✉️ Wrong Item Received
If the item you received is not what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the item received so we can review it quickly.
➡️ Reshipment
If a package is returned for reasons attributable to the customer, we can arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense.
We do not offer refunds for the product or original shipping cost in these cases.
❤️ Unclaimed Returns After 30 Days
If a returned package remains unclaimed for 30 days after reaching us, it may be donated through charitable channels supported by our community.
After that point, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
