🛡️ Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Saint Habibi piece. While returns for size or preference aren't possible (see below), your satisfaction with the product's condition is crucial.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Email our team at hello@sainthabibi.com with your order number and provide a clear photo and/or video showing the issue. We will gladly work with you to arrange a free replacement or refund for defective items.

(Note: For items where the defect is claimed after 30 days, or if the issue is deemed normal wear-and-tear, we reserve the right to decline a replacement or refund.)


🌿 Made-to-Order & Final Sale Policy

Each Saint Habibi piece is uniquely printed for you when you place your order. This approach helps us reduce waste and allows us to maximize our contributions to the causes we support.

Because of this custom, made-to-order process:

All purchases are final sale.

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to:

- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Incorrect order details (e.g., wrong color selected)
- Any other reason other than a clear manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong item.


📏 Please Choose Your Size Carefully!

Getting the right fit is important! As we cannot accept returns for sizing issues, we strongly encourage you to:

- Carefully consult the detailed Size Charts available on each product page (usually found in an accordion/tab). These include specific garment measurements.

- Read the fit descriptions provided for each item.

- If you have any questions about sizing or fit before placing your order, please email us at hello@sainthabibi.com – we're happy to help guide you!


✉️ Reporting an Incorrect Item

If the specific product you received is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, wrong garment type), please contact us immediately at hello@sainthabibi.com. Claims for receiving an incorrect item must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been delivered, along with your order number and photos showing the item received.


📦 Returned or Unclaimed Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address and to track their package using the provided tracking information.

If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier for any reason (such as invalid address, refused delivery, or failure to claim from customs/post office), we will notify you via email if possible. We do not automatically track returned packages; you may need to inform us if you see it being returned via your tracking link.


➡️ Reshipment Costs

If a package is returned to us for reasons attributable to the customer (invalid address, unclaimed, etc.), the only option is for the customer to have the package reshipped at their own expense. We will invoice you for the cost of reshipment. Please note, a refund for the product or original shipping cost is not an option for packages returned under these circumstances.


❤️ Unclaimed Packages After 30 Days

To ensure items find a purpose and align with our commitment to reduce waste, packages returned to us and remaining unclaimed for 30 days after we receive them back will be donated to charitable causes supported by our community. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments for such items after this 30-day period has passed.
