Every Saint Habibi piece is uniquely printed and prepared for you upon order. This ensures quality control and helps us operate sustainably by reducing waste.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order is shipped. This applies to all items, including apparel, posters, and stickers.
- During peak periods or for orders containing multiple items, production might occasionally take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.
🚫 Changes or Cancellations
Production often begins shortly after an order is placed. Therefore:
- We cannot guarantee any changes (like size, color, item selection, or shipping address) or cancellations once your order is submitted.
- Please carefully double-check all details in your cart and during checkout before confirming your purchase.
🌍 Worldwide Shipping: Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship globally from our fulfillment location (primarily London, UK). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your destination and the specific items ordered (weight/size).

🚩 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped to destinations outside our primary shipping region may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and/or fees levied by the destination country upon arrival.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- They are determined and imposed by your local customs authority; Saint Habibi has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Please consult your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order if you are concerned.
- Refusing to pay customs fees will likely result in the package being returned or abandoned. Please refer to our Returns Policy regarding unclaimed/returned packages and reshipment costs.
🔍 Order Tracking & Lost Packages
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address (and ideally a phone number) during checkout.
- Tracking: Use the provided link to monitor your package's journey.
- Lost Packages: While uncommon, delays or lost packages can happen. If tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time past the estimated delivery window, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@sainthabibi.com with your order number, and we will assist where possible. Please note that our ability to resolve issues may be limited once the package is with the carrier.
🛡️ Stolen Packages
Responsibility for your package transfers to you once the tracking confirms it has been "Delivered" to the address provided.
- Saint Habibi is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
- Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
- We offer optional shipping insurance through Route during checkout. If you purchase this coverage, you may be able to file a claim directly with Route for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, potentially allowing for a replacement or refund from them.
📦 Separate Shipments (Shipping Packages)
To ensure efficiency, different types of items in your order (e.g., apparel, posters, stickers) are packaged and shipped separately.
- You may receive multiple packages arriving at slightly different times.
- You will receive individual shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers for each separate shipment.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address
Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is crucial for successful delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided during checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an address considered insufficient by the shipping courier, the customer will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated, correct address. Please see our Returns Policy for full details on handling returned/unclaimed packages.
👤 Delivery Responsibility
We relinquish responsibility for all packages once they are handed over to the designated shipping carrier.
- It remains the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure arrangements for safe receipt of the package upon delivery.
