Shipping

PRODUCTION
All pieces are print-to-order so we ask for 5-7 business days for production after processing. Additional time may be required for orders with multiple pieces. You'll receive an email when you submit your order & another when the package is sent out.

CHANGES TO ORDER

We cannot guarantee changes to an order once the order is submitted. Please ensure all provided details (shipping address & product selection) are accurate before purchase.


Shipping costs will differ based on the type & quantity of products.

  • Worldwide shipping times: can vary between 2-5 weeks

  • Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders. 
  • We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

LOST PACKAGES
If a package is taking longer to arrive than expected (based on the provided estimated delivery period), it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date. Please note we are not able to provide options if the shipping carrier has marked the package as "delivered."

STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are claimed to be stolen after the shipping carrier has marked the package as "delivered." It is the responsibility of the customer to track the package and ensure a safe retrieval. 

We do offer shipping insurance through Route that you may choose to purchase upon checkout. If covered, you may be able to receive a reshipment of the stolen package. 

CUSTOM FEES
We are not responsible for custom charges that may occur upon arrival. We cannot guarantee there will not be custom charges. If custom fees are applicable, the customer is responsible for all costs.

SHIPPING PACKAGES
Products ship by category. Apparel, posters, and stickers are each shipped in separate packages. 

WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the shipping courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

RETURNED & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
It is the responsibility of the customer to track the package & inform us it is being returned by the shipping courier for any reason (invalid address, unclaimed package, etc). We will not track returned packages.   If a package is returned for any reason, the only option the customer has is to have the package reshipped and they will be responsible for reshipment costs—a refund due to a returned package is not an option.

Returned packages that are not claimed after 30 days will be donated & we will not be able to offer a refund.

DELIVERY
We relinquish responsibility of all packages once they are handed to the shipping carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the package via the provided tracking page. We will not track packages that are returned to us for any reason. Delivery of the final product is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. 

RETURNS
Our products are made-to-order so we do not offer returns or exchanges due to personal preference, invalid shipping address, incorrect order details, or any other reason other than defective items. 

If the product you received is defective or the wrong item/size—please contact us at hello@sainthabibi.com & we will gladly sort it out. Any claims must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. 

By placing an order, the customer agrees to all of the above.
