Every Saint Habibi piece is prepared to order. A little slower than fast fashion, and all the better for it.

Production time

We do not print in bulk and hope for the best. Your piece is made after you order it.

Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment. During busier periods, or when your order includes different product types, it may take a little longer.

Once your order is ready and on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Thoughtful takes longer than instant. We think that is a fair trade.

Changes or cancellations

Because production begins shortly after checkout, we cannot promise edits once an order has been placed.

This includes item selection, size, colour, and shipping address. Please check your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Rates & delivery estimates

We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates begin after production, not from the moment your order is placed.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees once they arrive in your country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority, not by Saint Habibi, and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & delays

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking by email.

If your parcel appears delayed, please check tracking first and contact the carrier where possible. If the issue continues, reach out to us with your order number and we will help where we can.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to the address provided, responsibility passes to the customer.

We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please make sure your delivery location is secure.

If shipping insurance is offered at checkout and selected, claims may be handled through that coverage.

Split shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This usually happens when your order includes different product types fulfilled separately. If that happens, you may receive multiple tracking emails and your items may arrive on different days.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, reshipping costs may apply.

Delivery responsibility

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands.

We will always try to help where possible, but customers remain responsible for monitoring tracking and making suitable arrangements to receive their order.
